    Hey –
Just a thank you – Your John Hurt Tabs have been great for a middle-aged guy who took up guitar a long time ago, and got caught in a sloppy comfort zone.

Nice to finally move ahead and learn a new way . .

    hello blues preachers,
i found your site recently and am very pleased with the quality of the tabs and videos.

I started studying fingerstyle blues about 4 years ago after years of on again off again fooling around with the guitar. it took a while to un-learn listening to the modern derivatives of this amazing music and begin to appreciate the guys who started it all. Now most modern rock sounds empty compared to listening to acoustic blues.

I found you by looking for tabs on John Hurt, Robert Johnson and Bill Broonzy – 3 players/styles I want to learn and incorporate into my playing, but am also interested in some of the other styles you have on this site.

I’m looking forward to learning all the music on this site, which will keep me busy for a while I’m sure.

btw – I’m from Atlanta, GA, which is just a couple states away from where it all began in Mississippi.
