I've been playing for 17 years not like that. Is there any hope for me? It completely fries my brain. I'm going to keep trying your exercises. I guess I'm going to have to buy a thumb pick too even though I hate them, because it's impossible for me to mute the strings and pick with my fingers correctly. Thanks for the great web site.
